How we handle your data.

What we collect

When you join Wave 1 from this page, we collect:

• Your email address (required)
• Your city (auto-populated as "Ibiza" from this page)
• The signup source (hero or cassette)
• The TALENT+ program and round
• Basic campaign attribution if you arrived with UTM parameters

The public page does not collect your mix link, Instagram handle, or bio. We may ask for those later in the follow-up email. No cross-site cookies, no third-party ad networks, and no device fingerprinting.

Where it goes

Signups pass through a secure TALENT+ intake endpoint and are stored in Mailchimp, our email and audience-management provider for Wave 1. Mailchimp's privacy policy: intuit.com/privacy/statement.

The TALENT+, MUSIC+ and Witty Tunes team use the list to send the mix submission follow-up and program updates. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How we use it

We use your email to:

• Send the mix submission form within 48 hours
• Tell you the outcome of the selection process
• Send TALENT+, Witty Tunes, and MUSIC+ updates if you remain subscribed

We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, we don't use it to retarget you.

How long we keep it

We retain your signup for the lifetime of the TALENT+ program unless you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Past applicants may be considered for future TALENT+ city waves unless they opt out.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct or update it
• Have it deleted ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that immediately stops further communication. For deletion or any other data request, reply to any TALENT+ email and we'll process it within 30 days.

Cookies

This page sets no functional cookies and no tracking cookies. We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic without cookies, cross-site tracking, or personal profiles.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and email everyone on the list. The current version is always at /privacy.
